Patrick Hyland, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with more than 10 years of experience helping people work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and the challenges of everyday life. He understands that asking for help can feel uncomfortable — especially when you’ve been trying to manage things on your own for a long time.
Patrick offers a calm, respectful space where clients can speak openly without judgment. His approach is practical and compassionate, focused on helping you feel more balanced, more understood, and more able to move forward at your own pace.
He uses proven, evidence-based therapies such as EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help people feel more in control of their emotions, improve daily functioning, and build healthier ways of coping.
Services are available both in person and through secure telehealth, making care easier to access.
