The purpose is to outline the main 4 steps of intake for a new client:

Step 1

Reach out for a free consultation.

Step 2

Connect for an overview, get to know each other, and share schedule details.

Step 3

Fill out the patient forms that will be sent over email.

Step 4

Make arrangements for scheduling and paying fees.

Insurances We Accept

Medicare, Kansas Medicaid, Sunflower Health Plan, Healthy Blue, United Healthcare Community Plan, VA Community Contract, Optum, and Aetna. Please call about others.

Start Your Healing Journey

Client Fee: $150 per 55-minute session.
LPC Supervision Fee: $125 per hour.
